Climbing Mount Kilimanjaro
Kilimanjaro With Let’s Live — A Journey to Feel Alive
From August 27 to September 4, a small group from the Let’s Live community met in Tanzania for something unforgettable — a 9-day experience built around presence, challenge, and growth.
We spent two days on the ground resting, grounding, and preparing… then began a 7-day climb toward the summit of Kilimanjaro. Not to rush. Not to prove anything. But to experience what happens when you push yourself with intention.
Ramy took on his personal challenge of attempting the climb barefoot — you were never required to do that. But it set the tone for the whole journey: go within, be present, and meet the mountain as you are.
Why This Climb Mattered
Kilimanjaro isn’t “hard” in terms of skill, but the altitude teaches you patience, awareness, and humility.
That’s why we stretched the climb over 7 days — to let the body adapt and the mind slow down.
This wasn’t just about reaching a peak.
It was about:
-
Deep breaths above the clouds
-
Learning what discomfort teaches you
-
Connecting with yourself away from noise
-
Sharing moments with like-minded people
It was growth in the simplest, purest form.
Everything Was Taken Care Of
The experience included:
-
Hotel nights before & after
-
Mountain tents
-
Meals (BB at hotel, full board on the mountain)
-
Airport transfers
-
Professional guides (2:1 ratio)
-
Camping gear
-
Park fees
-
Porter service (20kg)
-
Lebanese food moments
-
Dining tent
-
Guided meditation & breathwork
All you had to bring was your presence and your willingness to grow.
A Small Circle, Big Impact
The climb fee was $3,700
($500 on acceptance + remainder by end of February)
Flights and the $50 online visa were the only extras.
Ramy limited the journey to 5 people only, keeping it intimate and real.
Part of the Let’s Live Movement
This trip was a reminder of what Let’s Live stands for:
Choosing challenge.
Choosing connection.
Choosing experiences that make you feel alive.
If you weren’t on this one, don’t worry — more journeys will come.
More mountains, more challenges, more moments to reconnect with yourself.
Stay tuned. Your moment is coming.
